<p>Usually sleeping patterns will return to normal without the need for medication. These types of insomnia are generally caused by stress and changes of routine which are commonplace in today&#8217;s hectic lifestyle.<br />

Our sleep is precious and only someone who has suffered from insomnia will know just how cruel this condition can be.</p>
